Implementation

Everything you need to know about implementation with Curee.

How long does implementation take?

For a standard practice, full implementation runs 4–6 weeks across four phases:

  1. Discovery & assessment (1–2 weeks)
  2. Custom AI configuration (2–3 weeks)
  3. Integration & testing (1–2 weeks)
  4. Go-live & optimization (ongoing)

Individual agents can deploy faster — a single agent like the Patient Intake Optimizer goes live in ~2 days. The 4–6 week timeline assumes the full agent suite for the engagement.

Larger enterprise deployments scale to 6–12 months, but with parallel workstreams so the first agents are typically delivering value within the first 30 days.

How do you integrate with our EHR?

We support 50+ EHR integrations including Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, and most regional systems. Integration is part of the standard implementation — there is no separate engagement or integration fee.

The integration sits alongside your existing EHR, not in front of it. Your staff continues to use the same system they're trained on; the agents read from and write to the EHR through the integration layer.

If you're on a system that isn't on the standard list, we'll evaluate it in Phase 1 (assessment) and confirm feasibility before any commitment.

How fast is time-to-value?

For Revenue Partnership engagements, time to value is 30 days — the first agents are in production and producing measurable savings or revenue uplift within the first month.

For Subscription customers, the same pattern holds: individual agents start delivering measurable results within 2–5 days of going live, and the cumulative ROI compounds across the implementation.
