How clinicians override AI

Every AI output is presented with a one-click reject and a one-click edit. The reject does not require a reason; the edit captures the clinician's correction as training signal for the next model.

Override rates are visible to clinicians on their own dashboard. They are not used in performance reviews — that would create exactly the wrong incentive.

If a clinician overrides the same suggestion type repeatedly, we treat that as a product bug.
