Design reviews happen weekly and they're open to anyone — engineers, clinical leads, product, support. We don't require attendance, but we do require that the work is shareable in advance.
The designer presents the problem first, then the proposed direction, then the unresolved questions. Feedback is for the questions, not for the polish.
We try to keep them short — most reviews land in twenty minutes — and we end with a clear next step, not a vague "good progress."
