The build phase is when the agents go live. We do this gradually — typically one workflow at a time — with continuous monitoring and optimization as each agent enters production.
During this phase your staff is onboarded, performance is monitored against the baseline established in Phase 1, and any rough edges are smoothed before the next agent comes online.
By the end of week 8, the full agent suite for the engagement is operating in production and the team is comfortable working alongside it.
