Remote and async norms

Curee is hybrid. The teams in San Francisco, New York, and Austin gather in person two days a week; everyone else is fully remote and we treat that as a first-class working mode.

Most work happens asynchronously, in docs and pull requests. Synchronous time is reserved for things that genuinely need it — decisions, hard conversations, design conflicts.

We protect deep work. No-meeting Wednesdays are real, and managers are expected to enforce them.
